God's plan is for you

Aaron does not sell Lamoni’s father a mood. He starts at the creation of Adam, names the fall, and then names the plan of redemption prepared from the foundation of the world through Christ. If a plan cannot survive being read in order, it is a slogan.

What the record does in Go and Do

Go and Do Chapter 38, The Plan of Redemption, plays Alma 21–22, including Alma 22:13. Chapter 34 lets Amulek and Alma teach the same plan under pressure. Chapter 21 lets King Benjamin describe the blessed and happy state of those who keep the commandments of God.
